Just a thought process. Inflammation is caused by the irritation of the blood vessels, including the capillaries, and the nerves during hanging. After hanging, you then pump, either be in the tight or loose cylinders. That further irritates them. To minimize the irritation, jelqing with warm water and soothing gel is a better idea. When a huge amount of inflammation occurs, it's better to lightly wrap to provide a compress in keeping the penis elongated, foregoing the expansion plumpness for post-hour pumping expansion, and apply a heat compress/soothing.

It's may just be a few of us, but using fresh fleshy aloe vera pulp from the plant helps tremendously. If not, a combination of aloe vera gel from a bottle and a few drops of Vitamin E also expedites the inflammation reduction. If irritation really kicks up, consider in using over-the-counter NSAID cream. It will help.

I’m using a vacuum cup hanger, and my tube could be tighter so you should use a tight fitting tube to avoid any fluid buildup?
 
I have reached my length goal but not my girth goal but now that I have reached length goals I’m thinking about reaching for another inch in length then maybe focusing on girth since I feel it will be harder to get the additional length if I go after the girth goal harder now?
What’s everyone’s thoughts?

yes you a tighter tube my tube size is a 2.0 tube and a 2.25 i use 2.0 tube for lenght since I can pack it from the glans to the base.i have to sometimes put some oil in the tube and on my penis . If I don't it hurts.

Depending on how fast the tissues reach hardening phases. It can be as fast as 2 months, and it can take as long as 8 months.

Tissue's hardening phases are when the tissues that are flexible become rigid over time, going from soft to hard. For beginners, most of their tissues are easy to achieve pliability and malleability. Over time, as more tissues are developed, the tissues get denser (hardening) and cement faster as the penis grows.

In your case, if you cannot get the tissues to soften up to stretch past 125% to 135% of the erected length each time during the LM routines, the tissue's flexibility and pliability diminish to a point where you can't force more flaccid gains, which also translates to overall length gains. However, one great outcome is the dense tissues heal and cement much faster, as long as you keep them elongated as much as possible. Cheat a bit by measuring the erected length each month, and also measure the flaccid stretched length along the way by using the tailor tape during the routine.. Pull the penis straight down or straight out during the flaccid state, use your legs to keep the LM handles pulled (may need help with a bit of straps or ropes), and measure the pulled length. Let us know. We'll evaluate the current state of your tissues' conditions.

How's the edema at 12 to 15 inHg as the last set?
Was not to bad , I noticed that if I pull a strong vacuum in water edema is minimal!

Especially if I put a sleeve on right after and keep wrapped elongated seems to help as well !

I did 12-15 hg in air chamber and I had pretty bad edema even after putting in a sleeve for hours
I remember pulling off sleeve after 5-6 hours and noticed my thin skin just under my gland were still swollen and puffy skin
