Best weight hanging routine?

Hello,

What is the routine for hanging weights off the lm3?
What would be the recomeded duration, starting weight and reps sets ect?

I never did hanging for more than 20 minutes and I only did it just once. I made all my length gains from doing bundled stretches with the length master.

Ok yeah it's a bit of a dream of mine to hang heavy weights off my shlong haha heard it's amazing for length gains. Keen to learn about the bundled stretches tho

I understand. But if you do bundled stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3, my belief is that you will gain a lot faster.

🔗 Bundled Stretches are superior to "regular" stretches, I highly recommend you doing them instead of hanging. Preferably with LENGTHMASTER 3.

Some short explanation why they are better:
The reason bundle stretches are superior, has to do with the fact that you are able to deform and stretch more tissue with less force, then if you would do "regular" stretches.
You will also have it easier to stretch your ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) and your inner penis when you perform bundled stretches.

When you perform reverse Kegels when you are doing bundled stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3, and have attached the chamber behind your glans, you will be able to stretch your entire penis very easily with LENGTHMASTER 3 (outer and inner penis).

I been Hanging 10 lbs on and off for a hr a day in the morning have noticed huge length gains!
Good to hear for some who still using hanging methods. I used to do it too, but I switched over to the Length Master more on a full time. Rather than hanging, I strap the hanging plates onto the penis, and then route the strap pull down to a bar being pushed by my feet instead. I can adjust the weight loading in a dynamic style rather than a static weight loading from a hanging weight. Why? Static hanging weights have reported back by many hangers that causes too many micro traumas to the blood vessels and nerves. The penis tissues can handle it. So can the urethra. Not so much for the nerves and the micro blood vessel branches (capillaries).
 
appreciate the support I’ll have to check out this more in detail and give a try and add to my routine! I like hanging cause I can multitask
