Hey guys figured I’d give another review for the Best Extender…. I’ll explain why it’s one of the best pieces of equipment I’ve ever had, but why the MOS Silistretcher is still my primary go too.

The Best extender is hands down one of the best and well priced pieces of equipment I’ve ever purchased. Very solid construction.
It’s best used as a compatible accessory to the MOS Silistretcher system, or the Penimaster.
I personally use it at different times with both.
The weight resistance settings on the side are a bit tedious to set I’ll admit, but very precise which I like.
When using it, I have found I will increase the weight little by little, and get some of the deepest stretches I’ve ever experienced.
The base is very very cushiony, with Silicone and is much more comfortable on the the pelvis, but I added a pump sleeve to make it even more comfortable.
Now with all that said why would I prefer the Silistretcher?
As I have progressed in my PE, new large veins have started to form and grow in my penis.
As I was using straight forward stretchers, even as powerful as the best extender, I started having such powerful uncontrollable erections that it started to dampen my progress.
The Silistretcher enables me to stretch to the left, right, up and down and those indirect stretches help dampen some of that powerful blood flow.
Helping me keep from getting too hard and getting my full stretch.
On its own, I wouldn’t choose the Best extender, as my primary stretcher.
But as an accessory to the Silistretcher and penimaster…. 9 out of 10.
