Best Cell Phone Plan for the least $$$

I'm being forced to get my first cell phone, just so I can call my girl every night. The only thing I really need is free nights and weekends and I'm set. The cheapest I've found so far is $35/month, or $40/month if I want to make the nights and weekends start at 7:00 instead of 9:00. Any suggestions?

cigular...Mine personally is 49.99 for 1500 anytime minutes, that I share with one other person. It could have been 1000 anytime and 2000 night and weekends instead though, seems like that would suit u better.
