I haven't realized this before, but I think this is a big factor in my progression.RED 660nm: Accelerated Collagen Production
It has to benefit in how fast you can grow your penis?Helping fibroblasts form in your dermis (middle skin layer), which helps new cells grow.
I'm using it after session 15 min to 30 minutes, without it, It would not work for me. You need all the healing and growth that you can get.Is mos infrared a good warm up to a pe workout or is it still wise to warm up with a heat wrap and use mos red as a recovery tool at another time of the day? Thanks
I don't know.
You can read MOS-RED SPECS in the MOS SHOP.
Only 15 min after session (not before), sometimes 30 min after but that was not often. After 15 min it hangs loose, and before it retracted a bit.
I find myself forgetting using MOS RED now when I'm only doing girthwork. Should probably start using it more consistent again. Length work was a different kind of animal. I believe MOS RED mad it possible to grow fast. Without the reduction of discoloration in the glans it would not have been possible to stretch with that insane intensity.
What about collagen production boost?

Have we not made a conclusion that arginine are useless to use as a supplement, in order to increase nitric oxide production?arginine or citrulline
The supplements I take, I don't really know what exactly everyone of them does, but I know that the combination of what I'm taking is good for my body. Last time they took my blood, the physician/the doctor was surprised how good all my bio-markers was. But when saying that, I can't validate if you personally should take all of these supplements. But I feel good in taking some supplements. I have a list down below it looks a lot. But remember, the entire list is only 2 bottles of supplements. One bottle with a multivitamin and another with the supplement, KSM® 66 (Ashwagandha) and I also take, Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I will try to describe everything as well as I can. But even I have not the grasp of everything in that list. So a total of 3 bottles of pills. I don't think that is to much.
Some definition related to the list of supplements:
Definition of: International Unit (IU).
Listen to pronunciation
A unit used to measure the activity of many vitamins, hormones, enzymes, and drugs. An International Unit is the amount of a substance that has a certain biological effect. For each substance there is an international agreement on the biological effect that is expected for 1 International Unit. Also called IU.
RDI => Recommended daily intake.
mg => milligram
μg => microgram
In my multivitamin this is the ingredients:
The links in this table are to the specific pages on, Examine.com.
(I can add some more information to this list at a later time).

The list above doesn't say that much. But I do my best to complement the list with comments to make it more clearer.
Our body is so complicated, and if you are not a biologist or chemist it's really hard to know what is doing what.
But Examine.com is a site where you can read about all the compounds in the list above.
Examine has no ads or industry ties. I would think that the information also are written in a way that ordinary people will understand the information. They use the latest evidence to find what works and what doesn’t.
I'm also going to include: examine_study_database_20210627.pdf on my Google Drive storage;
examine_study_database_20210627.pdf
It's a file from Examine.com that I procured a long time ago (you can't get it now), since they change the system.
I have more access to more stuff on their website, but I can't share that. But I think that file will be helpful for you.
In that file you can search on every compound in the list above and get a grasp of why they are in my multivitamin.
Sometimes I take L-Theanine before going to bed. I then sleep much better.
Then I also take, Omega-3 which is super important for your entire body:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids, is most often used for Cardiovascular Health and Brain Health. I know it's also good for the skin. I had a co-worker that got better skin since she started to take Omega-3 daily. She thanked me for that. She didn't take any other supplements before. Just with adding Omega-3 fatty acids her skin became much better.
The effects of Omega-3 comes over time. The reason it's so important, is due to the balance of fats in our body. If we have the wrong balance of fats in our body, our cells will not function optimal. It has do with the transportation of nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (through the cell membrane in every cell). The cell membrane is semi-permeable, and with the wrong fats in our body it becomes harder for the body to transport nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (this is a simple explanation, I do not know everything).
What I do know, is that it's good for the entire body.
Note: Look at the bottle for the intake, but there is often no problem to take a little bit more then necessary.
Much information. It may be more of what you asked for. But I hope it will help you.
My brotha, we’re taking the same Core Man vitamins! That’s cool. What made you choose them?I just want to say that you can make it without L-Citrulline, I relied on food, sleep, MOS RED and my other supplements.
It may look alot but it's only, 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 different supplements.
Cool we are taking the same (Core Man Vitamins)!My brotha, we’re taking the same Core Man vitamins! That’s cool. What made you choose them?
They’re the most all-rounded and generous dosed multivitamins I’ve found and still good price! That’s why I choose them. Been taking exactly this one for years.
Regarding citrulline, also very cheap and you should just try a bottle one of these days as I think you’ve never taking it with PE? I think you’ll be surprised by the effectiveness!
There is great research suggesting that citrulline greatly aids with the recovery of the endothelial tissue, which is tissue that is routinely being broekn down when it comes to PE.Cool we are taking the same (Core Man Vitamins)!
I have been a customer at that store since: 2008-12-28.
I will try L-Citrulline with PE, maybe I will get a super dick.
I take these becouse Apotekets multivitamins are worthless!
We need someone to experiment with this and keep very good track of their growth to give us an understanding if it truly worksThere is great research suggesting that citrulline greatly aids with the recovery of the endothelial tissue, which is tissue that is routinely being broekn down when it comes to PE.
The research confirms it. Plus a perfect example of someone who uses it and documented their results with picture proof is Hink.We need someone to experiment with this and keep very good track of their growth to give us an understanding if it truly works
Nothing will make you gain like LengthMaster 3.The research confirms it. Plus a perfect example of someone who uses it and documented their results with picture proof is Hink.
His gains are more than enough to convince me.
I do bundle stretches, in broken down smaller combos. Since I use ADS all day, I also incorporate part of that bundle stretches throughout the day at lowe intensity. I use a different combo during hanging while I stretch my whole body.Do you dismiss the power of bundled stretches?
Citrulline are more for recovery and EQ.Nothing will make you gain like LengthMaster 3.
I did not use L-Citrulline.
Do you dismiss the power of bundled stretches?
If you want fast gains, you want to do only bundled stretches.Bundled stretching was my greatest contribution and invention
Any stretch you want to do can be done bundled, increasing the rate of gain.If you want fast gains, you want to do only bundled stretches.
So powerful!Better yet do every.Stretch bundled using the lengthmaster which gives unlimited power to your stretch
1. for sure it helps with healing, that's a factIs this Red light worth it? How has it worked for those who have it? Does it contribute to pe?
You're in for a treat. MOSRED and Lengthmaster are such a powerful combination in healing and gainingSounds like I could get rid of the rice sock. That's a pain. I just bought a LM. I've had one before, but It was hurting me do to past surgeries. So im gonna give it another shot. I know it works. The girl I was dating started squirting after about 2 months using the LM. So im gonna try to figure out how to keep from pulling so hard and affecting the surgical areas. Might get the red light next month.
That's what's up!I will say, I've been using it for a few months and I do wake up with rock hard erections.
