Being screwed over

Ok, a group of 5 of us, we were shooting out in the country at night and kinda made a mess on someones property. Well, 3 of the five went back in broad daylight and did the same thing. Now, the owner heard and they got caught and now they owe him $3,000. They come to me and say we all need to pitch in. I am thinking "fuck that! I didn't get caught and was a dumb ass to do it the next day in broad daylight". I wasn't even there at the scene when they got caught. I feel it isn't fair (even though I did it the previous night before) because they got caught shooting in fucking broad daylight. Who goes back to the same spot in the country? There is a ton of it! I dunno what I should say or do. $600 per person and I don't have money like that to flail around. I am basically pissed they got caught and two of us got fucked over. I don't see how it is fair I have to even pay an equal amount when they are the ones that did it twice and got caught. I am a stingy bastard but shit..... not my fault they got caught.

All 5 should pay something on the damage... but to say equal amounts. Yes to all 5 paying. No to all equal amounts. What the hell you do to cause $3k worth of damage and why the attack/assault?

Well, we thought it was abandoned. Apparently, there were holes in a metal barn. 2 of them were shooting at the barn. They need to replace the doors for $3k. They confiscated fireworks too. If they didn't go back none of this would have happened which is why I am pissed they wouldn't have known who it was and probably wouldn't have noticed.

That's what fucking happens when you hang out with a bunch of fucking loonies. All I can say is, it serves you fucking right. Pay the bloke for the damage you did to his property with the other stupid bastards. Stop crying mate. learn to respect other peoples property.
