Hello i am asian of 18 years and 5 months and want to gain girth and length of dick aprox 2 in lenght and 1.5 in girth so can you pls help me how to start and can anyone tell will is best exercise and how many times i should do it

Hello sir i had started jelq but when i do jelq i always i get full erection
So what should i do
And does i can jelq in full erection or erection need to be 75%
 
I would try to do jelqing while flaccid, more or less. Exception on Slow Squash Jelqs!
Maybe shoot one off before a session to have your penis somewhat fatigued and more pliable? Using the refractory period to your advantage. :)
 
Well, I always did as erect as possible, but arkailija has a point, try it flaccid or near enough flaccid, to get good form and build up some theme with that.
 
I’ve always gobe errect in every single girth exercise. I will usually settle into about 90% which I think is the best place to do girth work. My theory of this is pretty straightforward. Let’s say you are 70% erect you get 20% expansion when doing any girth exercise you will finish at 90% of your maximum expansion, that is 10% less expansion than your full potential! Now let’s say you train at 90% erect and you get that same 20% gain you will end up at 110% of your normal size bringing temporary gains that will soon become permanent.
