I posted a little bit of my story in my intro, and haven't been able to post an update.
Long-time lurker, PE for years, had some problems with penoscrotal webbing, for a variety of reasons, but first and foremost being poor practices with foreskin restoration.
Looking to make a moderate size increase but in a fairly aggressive timeframe, with minimal penoscrotal webbing, and eventually reduction. (Fight the Turkey Neck with Trampoline stretches - Matters of Size | Penis Enlargement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums)
Making good gains so far or so, especially in erection quality, looking to add more manual exercises on top of my Bathmate and all-day stretcher device. Approx increase after about a month or two was about 1/5 of an inch and 1/10th of an inch. Expecting these are the semi-veteran equivalent of "noobie gains part 2." Becoming more vigilant about measuring.

The new thing that is interesting is the company Foregen is currently looking into regeneration foreskins. It might be a good topic to discuss as they get closer to being able to do this. Foregen

Moving forward, I'll be incorporating more stretches, starting with basic noobie stretches, and working my way back up.
I'll be doing more research into concepts and methods of penoscrotal webbing and, as time allows, trying to be a much more active member here.

What's Gone Right
- Silicon Strap for Sizegenetic = Nighttime and daytime Sizegenetics
- Using different angles with SG (straight down, straight up, forward) for different types of stretches
- Lowered location of Bathmate seal - getting a much deeper stretch at the base of the penis
- A manual stretch where I was erect and just directly "pulldown" seems to have generated new shaft skin-- useful for penoscrotal webbing
- Penoscrotal stretching and testicle stretching has left the balls more free hanging, and the dick seems more "free" than before...there is still a big flag hanging there - really seems needs more shaft skin overall to replace it
- Ordered a "ManHood", which will cover the penis head instead of using silicon cones (see below)...long shipping however
- Haven't been consistently doing penoscrotal webbing stretching
- Current penoscrotal stretching methods might not be the full solution -- While stretching seems to have some benefits, it doesn't seem to be removing the turkey neck quite yet. Combining with the "erect" pulldown might be a good choice...problem really seems to be lack of shaft skin.
- Still using silicon cups - biggest issue with webbing. It constantly forces skin over the head but is the best option I've had for dealing with massive pain without it
