Been away from pe for a long time. Got married, had kids, etc. Now in midlife and getting back in shape physically. Never made it to my 8x6 goal years ago, but I also never had any complaints:D Now I just kind of want to make my wife's eyes bulge by consistantly burying my dick in the "culdesac".

So I started up the beginner routine and over the course of 4 days made it to 350 jelqs in a session. Well I was feeling pumped and things were going well so I tried a few of the old advanced girth exercises(I forget the names). Well I got my first donut. Kind of freaked me out. Iced it and it seemed to be gone by bed. My whole shaft was really sore today and I was going to skip the jelqs tonight. After stretching I decided on 300 jelqs starting with a lighter pressure and see how I feel. Got to 300 and no donut so looks like I'm good. Remember, just because it looks like it's ready doesn't mean it is. Sticking with the beginner routine for 30 days. Definitely hanging looser already.

Question, what is this sili sock/sleeve thing? Keeps the penis stretched post workout?
