Geez, i can't even count how many times over the last 5 years i've come back, proclaiming im here to make gains and that this is my return, set up a new routine.... So much trouble the last 5 years, so annoyed with where my life is, OCD/intrusive thoughts have ruined everything. But i'm sick of life passing me by and letting mental friggin illness grab me by the balls.
MOS a PE make me happy, i havent made gains in years because inability to commit for various reasons. But i'm fed up with waiting, the gains will never come unless the work gets done, one way or another it has to get done.
Also, what the hell happened over here, it looks like a hurricane came through and destroyed everything, my profile pic is gone so i picked a new one, the progress picks are all gone in the photo section??
