BDD

I went from 5'7 tall to 6'5 stretching for 6 years but i dont feel tall when i walk and i watch myself at the mirror everyday at any time to feel better , im very skinny , do i have BDD or i dont perceive my height because im slim

Having BDD is when you can’t see the Gaines you have made or the weight you have lost. They are both very similar. In PE man will gain size but when looking at them selves in the mirror they just cannot see it, while traditional EDD has more to do with the body and how you see yourself in opposition to the way you really are.

I feel like im not tall enough like if i want more or theres no limits in my head im almost 6'7 and still dont "perceive" myselft tall when i walk , last week when i went to my psychologist i had to walk up some stairs before the main door and i felt like i was walking on stilts this has to be a good sign , at first i thought there was just the stairs's height or unaccustomedness for not going out in a long time.

I met many lads who I think had BDD at the gym. They were in great shape to look at, were strong as ox's, dedicated, good motivation, alright personality, but they were always looking at themselves in the mirror wanting this to be more over there, and that to be more higher, with the other muscle needing more hardness, and in the end all I noticed is they became self defeated deep down. I could see they were insecure, inadequate but they never ever admit this. On the surface, they look smashing with the house, the lady, children, job etc but all the obsession over that body is like a wallpaper going over the cracks in the plaster, it is no solution!

Not all who go the gym or lift weights, do fitness are like this of course. I'm referring to the more extreme cases, that I'm sure many here have witnessed or known.

Many bodybuilders that dont compete, and steroid users are likely BDD and very insecure.

They crave something, the juice helps to satisfy that with a sense of power.

Hello Winter. How did you increase your height within 6 years? I am looking into trying it out myself. I am asking around for advice from people and doing my own research. Any tips? So far I have done dead hanging and yoga that stretches out my lower back. Appreciate it.

I did it in the user Fedora did it. I believe there is one other person that’s trying this. But if you go to Fedora thread he gives specific directions. For me the greatest growth team from spine stretching and posture correction. In the end after about a year I went from 5 foot 9 to 5 foot 10. It is not as hard as you would think so I highly recommend you go for it. 1 inch to make a huge difference
