Bathmate with vacu vine for length gains?

I am looking for mainly length gains (Both flaccid and erect). My flaccid gets quite small especially in cold weather and really frustrates me. I just started using stealth stretcher (has ADS, extender and 3.75 lbs of weight). Would you also recommend the bathmate with Vacu vine method for length gains? I hope I pronounced it right. IF so, can you please explain how it works. I tried searching on this forum and didn't get a clear answer
I am not interested in girth at all so don't want to use something that addresses girth ONLY, as that will likely make my penis look smaller. Thanks guys!
