Bathmate problems and life expectancy

I have had my bathmate for probably 4 years it sure how long exactly. And I’m not sure how to explain it but it doesn’t pump as easily and it will lose suction. I cannot us it standing up anymore... but laying down it will typically work but still hard to pump. Is that valve just shot? You can’t order just a valve can you? Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you need to clean your valve. It really is simple to do go to YouTube and look up how to clean my Bathmate and you’ll see the video.
