Bathmate/looking for girth

So just had first session of 20 minutes bundled stretches how long should I wait between the sessions until my next 20 minutes session but the session was good my dick feels worked haha
 
Yea I’ve really been enjoying bundles stretches really loosens me up should I just be doing bundled stretches all the time and forget normal stretching or mix it up

I suggest you do all your stretches bundled.
 
It’s crazy because it doesn’t look that thick or maybe that’s my insecurities I’m not sure been a man haha. So the routine is warm up with a hot rag reheating if need be I do this for about 10 minutes until nice and loose then I bundle stretch for 5 minutes 30 secs each way so up straight out and down and left and right I repeat that twice take 5 mins then I do behind the checks stretches left right and centre 30 secs each and then I do all the basic stretches for 30 seconds each so up down straight out left right and I do I believe there called A stretches 30 seconds also and i do 3 sets total of all this oh and I do the is it rotary’s cranks 3 sets also sorry if you don’t understand I don’t no the right terms for all of them my apologies

This is a good beginner routine. Please try to do it twice daily. Anything from 30 minutes to 1 hour daily is fine. Remember to get a bandage if you don't have one. You need to wrap the penis at all times so that it can heal in an elongated state at all times.

You can do this current routine of yours for up to 3 months with your bare hands if you do not have a length master. But like I said, do it twice a day.

Length master I will get eventually I’ve seen you video with bundled stretches using it I do want 1 and also would a rubber cock sleeve be ok for the elongated part
