Base is sore on left and right side near the pelvic bone

I been stretching with Stealth Stretcher for 1 week now and I have gained small flacid length but nothing for EL. So, I messed srounf with ADS all day for about 12-16 hours then sleeping with nothing on. Then started to hang weights on the third day. I don't go foe very long just 30-45 minutes of dick swinging fun. I used the extender as well but I honeslty don't like how sore it makes me after staying in it for prolonged periods of time.

So at best I like using the leg strap alternating from left to right leg and using the weights before bed. Tried to use my dure sleeve combined with otherd to make it extend over night but that didn't last very long. Also, the sleeves provided are just not quality compared to the duro sleeve. I have gone through all of the sleeve that came with it and they all have developed holes. I got more sent for free eith 1 duro sleeve and it's all I'm using now.

Anyways long explanation to basically ask if I should back off because I have slight paint at the base or should I just keep extending but lower my intensity?
 
Keep going, just ease off some intensity. You will see this discomfort for awhile but it will fade once more accustomed.

Maybe ditch one over the other, like choose either extender or ADS until your broken in.
 
I prefer the ads. I also been fighting jerking off as well. Been stretching even after and that shit hurts hut it fades away after a few hours.

I feel you my brother and I want to help you stay away from that because we both know where it brings you. What I’d like to do is help you put a routine together that’s going to bring you growth. If you want me to do this let me know.
 
@DLD Yes, put together a routine for me. I also got a mitivac 2.125" x 9" on the way and went only a half inch bigger than my girth.

I have gone through all my sleeves except the duro. The others all got holes in them. Duro was sent for free after customer support saw my holes.

I'm working days now so any time is okay.

I see a lot about stretching the balls after PE but I'm very careful near my testicle as i just had surgery back in October for Varicoceles. Nothing invasive, just had coils inserted inside to re-route the blood to smaller veins.

Does the stretch actually makes the balls hang lower and does it pull on the actual tubes connected to the testis? Is it safe? It just seems like one could really hurt themselves doing any stretching to ones pride and joy?

The hanging duration and (esp.) the swinging- which is an advanced technique) is likely the issue. You'll need to start off with less time AND a more conservative approach to execution.

One of the most consistently successful hanging routines is the "3x20" regimen. With it, you hang for up to 3 sets of 20 minutes with a particular weight. Once you get 3x20 with a particular weight, you increase the weight 10-20% (depending on the initial poundage used) and you reduce the time to 3x10 or so and slowly work up to 3x20 with the new weight- repeating the cycle.
