How can I prevent my balls from being sucked into the bathmate ?

You can use cockrings / ball stretching rings to keep the sack lower. There's the Mitysleeve, that has helped several men.
Have you tried "flipping" the Bathmate? As in that the slanted lip of the gaiter sits on your pelvic bone?
Helped in my case a lot.

as Ark mentioned, rotating your BM 180* can solve it...or you can (not for the squeamish) go 'whole-package'. It takes some getting used to, but it's the only way I pump now for the last few years

Ya I’m going to order the durong cock ring, sleeve, and the mitt sleeve, my balls being sucked in is what is stopping me from performing hardcore stretches... but I’ve tried a bit and damn they feel intense

With the Hercules, I can just place the gator up higher and with the other hand keep my balls tugged down on the entire time. For the Hydromax, I found it to be about impossible to do that, even with the comfort sleeve.

This site sells an expandable product that covers most of the bottom, that may be the only solution for wider base pumps.

The Mitysleeve does fit several pumps. I would say it's a fantastic fit with Mityvac cylinders and other round type cylinders. It can work with the Bathmate / Hydromax models as well, might just take a bit more work.

Big difference in the original Hercules and Goliath and the newer models is the gaiter material.
I honestly think the reason guys got gaiter-bite with Herc&Goliath was due to the gaiter being much harder.

It is snug, in a way acts as a "cockring", it isn't too tight. Just measure yourself twice, buy once. There are good sizing charts around.

It’s very flexible and your fit very easily. It is the best method to use if you do not want to have your balls sucked in to the chamber.

Yeah, sorry I read quickly and thought about cylinders. Just one size for the Mitysleeve.
