Balls getting sucked by the tube

Yes. Wrap your scrotum back using ace bandage and this will prevent the suck in

Yeah, you’ve gotta hit that entrance of the tube just right to make sure your balls are hanging outside and then just squeese that tube hard into your pelvic bone to make sure it’s only dick inside the pump.

At least that’s how I did it with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9, with the MityVac and a bit smaller tube there’s no chance of my balls going inside it.

I gave up trying to prevent ball-suckage using my modded X40, so I just gave-in and 'whole package' pump now. When using the MityVac, I sized the cylinder to my MSEG to impart the majority of the force on the length axis and it also makes it impossible for anything but my shaft to fit. You'll get over the discomfort, just take it slowly (if you choose to pump the entire 'family' )

It's definitely an acquired taste, lol...my sample-size is going on 6+ years w/no negative impacts to EQ or durability
