i thought the whole point was to get aroused and stop yourself and hold b4 you would ejaculate.is this right? i've read that its dangerous to not ejaculate because it could be bad for your prostate after a certain period of time.what i thought was right was i would almost bring myself to an orgasm then hold for 5 seconds and then reverse kegal slowly 20 times a day.is this right or am i supposed to ejaculate at the end.

I think your supposed to "balloon" your penis like 4 times, then finally let it go at the end of the session. I'm not sure tho...just what I've heard.

If you're referring to Dr. Lin's balloning method, I wouldn't waste my time. Almost everything I've read on his site (and I've read almost everything) is a complete crock. Really he's a bunch of BS with maybe a few decent things thrown in here and there. actually i read it at Th*nd3rs Pl@ce where you are supposed to ejaculate after you balloon,i just wanted to know if this was true or not?cause i balloon and try not to release any ejaculate at all on purpose.
