Ball stretching journey

Just started ball stretching with a 3 inch hang and a 10x38mm metal ring, goal is to eventually be at a 7-8 inch hang to have truly low hangers.

Wearing a several hours during the day and while im sleeping, ideally should gain 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch a year.
 
This is going to be an interesting journey. Beside you, there should be two other brothers using a similar weight ring system. One is actually using a pulley system at the moment while sleeping, which we don't recommend at all. 5 others are using coil spring systems. If the brothers want to chime in, do so to provide us the feedbacks we all need.

Interesting, I've never heard of the springs before, and yeah the pulley doesn't seem appealing to me. I intend to take it nice and slow as to not dmg anything but I also love the feeling of having the weight on, has me precumming pretty much constantly while wearing it so I do think I'll enjoy the journey alot

There's never a reason to rush. Always take your time to understand the equipment and exercises you are doing. The biggest cause of injury is going too heavy too quickly, so keep that in mind

Me personally i tried hanging weights and wrapping, wrapping did it for me and increased how far they hang.
Also heat is crucial, i rarely washed with cold water when i followed the wrapping routine.

3 hrs daily, separated cz the skin gets itchy.

I looked at the hanging type but they wouldn't work for me as I need my weights to be more discreet, I ordered a smaller size inner diameter and if this one doesn't slip at all im going to try for 24/7 wearing

That's the spirit! Keep that alive, and you're games will continue to come in. The best part of your post is where you said to enjoy the journey and that's the way you want to remain until you make your goal. No go on the 24/7, tried it while working and it just makes it too awkward to move freely as its a movement intensive job

I wouldn't go crazy with 24/7. Not until you know it's safe by the signals from your body to do so. Work up to 18 hours, or even 20 hours. Give that 6 to 8 hours of rest and healing

Yeah, I was just testing to see if was feasible down the line, I have some nice pouch underwear and I thought those would separate everything while still keeping by sack stretched and stable but even with those it was still uncomfortable for some movements

I was gonna say the same thing.
Eventually the skin itches and irritates after a long period of wrapping.
I used the uncle jim wrap and boy did that make the testies itch like a racoon, but saw a good result eventually.

The below skin (fascias) surface itching is a combo of tissue tearing, healing, and rapid repairing. There are micro abrasion that we can't see as well, and adding any acid or high alkaline products (from lotions and cream) can cause further irritations and itches. So, do be mindful. Wrapping provides that extra cover and moisture retention, while keeping the shaft elongate during healing, is a great thing. But do be careful about material incompatibility that can also cause skin reactions. Our bodies are way too complex just to think in a linear fashion.

What are your thoughts about hydrocortizone?
 
I advanced to 2 10x34mm and think I've gotten to the point where I feel more comfortable with the weights on than I do off
That's wonderful news! It's such a positive thing when we make our equipment work for us. There's always a learning curve, but there's also the comfortability curve mastering both of these will allow you to use equipment in the best possible way.
