took a couple days off, due to work and other stuff, hey DLD can you put me a length routine together, I have a LM, malehanger and Bathmate to work with, id like to get a ads eventually something that would be worn comfortably under clothing.
 
just got done doing some basic stretching, followed by 50 bundles , hung 1 20 mins set BTC, 7.5 pounds.
 
30 days of training starting on 10/28, starting length 7 inches bone pressed, FSL 7 3/4inches , EG 5 inches

Of course I can my brother. How much time can you give me every day? As far as an ADS goes we could work with Ace until you get one. I highly recommend the StealthStretcher when you are ready.
 
Day 2 Basic stretching, 20 sets of BTC stretches 60 bundles. 3 20 mins sets Hanging 7.5 pounds BTC, followed by a Uncle Jims wrap.

I let men know that there are six particular areas that need to be addressed when stretching for length.

6 Needed Sources of Stretching
-Tunica Stretching(stretching what is already there)

- Ligament stretching(Preparing for what is coming)

- Expressive Stretching(Grabbing new gains from freely accessible inner penis)

-Erect Stretching (to cement the temporary gains)

- SiliStretcher active and passive stretching to gain length and secure it.

- Testicle health massage and stretch
(Increasing length and heaviness to allow for a longer and thicker flaccid penis)


Tunica
Tunica trading we can use Bundled stretches with Lengthmaster. This will powerfully pre-stretch your Tunica. Since the Tunica is so dense once you have stretched, it will never go back to his original form.

Ligament and Shaft stretching
Lengthmaster is preferred in this portion of basic stretches but can also be done manually. We want to always use basic stretching in any length workout, no matter how advanced we are. The reason for this is they hit every conceivable angle if possible growth.

Expressive Stretching
These stretches work to call internal penis outward. If you take your fingers and scrapes from the base of your penis all the way back you’ll feel inches of internal penis. This type of stretching gets to it very effectively.

Erect Stretching
There will always be a difference between your erect length and your flaccid stretch length So erect stretches become necessary to cement any new growth.

ADS Passive stretching is done at a moderate tension in order to cement length gains. Since you do not have an ADS you could use ace wrap to keep yourself elongated for a couple hours after you do your routine.

Straight Down 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the 30-seconds x 3

Choose 4 exercises you like and we add them in.

Expressive Stretching
Lengthmaster low grip 10 minutes

Erect Stretching
You will want to get in 10 minutes every other day.

Testicle health massage and stretch
You will find this in the newbie routine.

Hey everyone sorry been inactive, due to work and life I am about to start trying to get into the game.
 
Just done my first work out in almost a year, basic stretching holly hell, then broke out the length master and went behind the cheeks, followed up with hanging 5 pounds for 20 mins behind the cheeks.
 
Sitting here just done basic stretching behind the cheeks with the length master, now I am hanging 5 pounds behind the cheeks planning to hang 2 to 3 20 min sets , planning to start back out slow and up it slowly.
 
Measured for the first time in year and a half I'd say .

EG 5.00
EL 6 7/8
BSFL 7 1/2
 
Think I am going to get in 2 mayb 3 20 min sets at 8.5 points BTC and standing, I can feel the pelvic ache.
 
Managed to get 3 sets done yesterday 20 min each, I will be doing more, I did manage to find a wall for a ads, by simply using a piece of the cloth I use when I hang or stretch and a silicone sleep I have managed to wear it for 12 hours no problem.
 
Just done some basic stretching, and hung 8.5 pounds alternating between the cheeks and standing.
 
Getting ready to get in a 3rd set for the day, I plan on trying to get 2 to 3 sets a day for the next 30 days ideally 3 sets each day is what I'd like if not more.
 
Well I just hung my 3rd set 20 mins at 8.5 pounds, on all sets I have started alternating 5 min behind the cheek and 5 min standing.
 
Well I managed to get in 4 sets today 20 mins each, each set felt good, sitting here wearing my all day stretch.
