Only previously messed around with PE. Went from 7.25" to 7.4" in a few months in 2012 with just jelquing, then dropped it again, returned in 2017 for a few months and re-gained up to 7.5" using BM, and have now returned to 7.25". I am focused on securing a 9x6 or 9x6.5" through consistency, using BM Hydromax and jelquing / stretching.


Planning on log progress fairly regularly, so let's see what happens. Attached is my start point.

Nice, it's good to see someone get back into PE after such a long break.
Have you gained girth as well? Your member looks meaty. Do you have the starting girth & current girth stats?

Thanks for your post and the pictures. I highly recommend you look at the SRT routine to get some good ideas about healing and gaining in the fastest possible way. Have a look through and if you have any questions please just come back and ask.

Thanks. I started around 5.25" girth and now at 5.5". After a BM session this is going up to 5.75" so I am hopeful that 6" or even 6.5" is achievable.

Ok thanks, do you think that I could use a silisleeve after using BM in the morning? I have a physical job and also not necessarily able to pop to the bathroom whenever required... dont want to get caught out but do think there's an opportunity to utilise this time better. Is it intrusive? I'm somewhat a 'grower' so not use to wandering round all day with my cock strapped to my leg! :S

I see no reason why you couldn’t. But my advice is after you do your Bathmate work you wear a cock ring for about two hours to take advantage of the expansion and to heal in that state. After that you can put on a sleeve keep your flaccid penis elongated. But what’s ideal is to do your length first, wear your sleeve after and do girth work later
 
First update, pleased to report a gain in 0.25" BPEL (now 7.5") and girth is up to 5.75" EG. Pretty pleased, hoping to keep making small gains like this and keeping my unit healthy at the same time.

How long should we do PE before the results become permanent?

People usually measure every three months and I think within three months you should see a very big difference if you’re doing the right routine and practicing daily. You probably will be able to see visual results first and then as time goes on will be measurable. Now watch important to know is once things become permanent it’s very hard to go back so I know exactly what you want before you go for it.
 
2 months in, adjusting to how my body reacts and now doing 12min in BM 3-4x per week with some stretching and jelquing afterwards.
Had a few weeks without sex through early January (shift work for me and the mrs etc) and last night she really noticed - even after some good foreplay for her, she still commented "OMG you're huge" - we've been together 10 years. Just goes to show it's been noted (she doesn't know about my PE, by the way)

There is no better measurement than a complement from your wife! That’s what PE is all about improving your love life. Making your wife happy and attending to her sexual needs. Congratulations and I hope this inspires you to keep pushing on.
 
Played with this tool tonight and input my current measurements (7.5 x 5.625) vs where I started (7.2 x 5.5) for visual comparison. 8% increase in a few months (volume).
 
And this is current compared to goal. When considered together, the path ahead looks quite achievable!
