Starting pe again after taking 6 months off. Doing a 5 lb hang with male hanger for 10 minutes. Two days on one day off schedule. What do you guys think? Before I stopped, I was doing pe for almost a year. Gained nothing. Going to try to be more consistent with workouts this time.

What are you looking for as far as size goes? Are you more concerned with length or girth or both? I would like to help you with the routine as what you’re doing now is simply not enough to cause growth. What is your size?

Pills are not a scam they are a supplement to training. They are very beneficial for girth work and for a heavier and longer flaccid size and much better election quality. They are in no way necessary to gaining but some people want to supplement so we keep them available.

Length will be the thing to shoot for and your goal of 1 1/2 inches is very doable and realistic. It’s good that you have the SS as I will work that into the routine for you. Right now I wouldn’t worry about hanging as I want you to do the basic stretching routine because it hits every single angle of growth possible. These are very powerful stretches but if you feel that you’re not getting enough out of them pick up a LM and you will not believe how much more intense these stretches become. For anyone looking for length the best possible tool to have is the Lengthmaster.

Hopefully you can do this every day as this is the fastest way to grow. What you should do right now is start a progress routine write out what you’re going to do as far as the exercises are concerned and then I can come in a critique it for you.
 
Thank you. My schedule will now allow me to do some more exercises. I’m thinking this is what I will do:
Morning: stretching routine. When done, attach my ads
After work: 5 minutes of warmup. hang 5 lbs for 15 minutes. Attach ads until bedtime.
Maybe do this M-F and Sa-Su as ads only days.
with regard to girth, should I just wait until my length goal is met?
I don’t want to measure until the end of the year. I feel like I would be discouraged.
