29.08.24- 3x20mins hanging at 3kg’s, 5h12mins of extending.

No pumping as I was so physically exhausted after zero sleep the night before, walking 22.000 steps and killing myself on my burpee, push-up’s, squats and Kettlebell swings workout, done while wearing a 20kg weighted vest.
Ended up setting a new PR with 7 mins while having an average BPM of 147 for 1h08mins straight.

Anyways, I will definitely do the 5x5x3 again tonight as I love doing it since my junk looks so huge afterwards.

Total Hang Time= 6h20mins at 3kg’s

Total Extender Time= 89h24mins(not sure if I will measure at the 100’th hour mark, think it’s best maybe to wait a bit longer)
 
Make sure to rest brother. Your body can't grow under all those stresses without proper rest. Lactic acid and acidosis can harm the PE gains.

Both. You must achieve 7 hours of sleep or at least 2 hours of REM. If you cannot achieve REM through a restful sleep, you body will not achieve the rest it needs. 4 to 7 hours of peaceful sleep trigger cellular restoration and regeneration. Less than 4 hours, your body goes into crisis.

You don't have a full day of pure rest for PE. 10 to 16 hours of rest with passive PE work is perfectly fine too. Wrapping is a great example. But your body must have night time rest. That means pure relaxation and sleep. If you cannot achieve that 2 hours of REM, or 4 hours of pure blissful sleep, your system lacks serotonin and increase of cortisol level that can cause distresses.

My pumping session went really great and was really close to hitting 8,1 inches inside the tube so it may seem like I’m still gaining some length after the initial 0,5cm that I got after about 2 weeks after re-starting my PE regiment.

Hopefully I will top out my tube at 9 inches in length ahead of schedule, but even if so be I’ll keep on doing my intense routine until June next year.

Never been this sure before that I will eventually and finally get to 9x6 inches. Just gotta give it some time and keep on doing what I’m doing now while slowly increasing extender tension and weight on my hanging routine.

Will also start implementing ball & lig stretches for 5-10 mins during my warm up for the 5x5x3 as I got a bit of a tight nut-sack+ it’ll also give me more skin to grow into as I progress in my PE routine and make some more gains.

Yesterday was a really rewarding pumping session as I most definitely reached 20,5cm inside the tube on the third set.
Almost couldn’t believe it, but the numbers don’t lie. Can’t wait for the day that I finally fill out my 9 inch tube in length as well, just 2,5 cm more and I’m there.

Think I’ll add just a bit more length and stretch on my extender today as well.

Reached 20,5 cm again on my third pumping set despite not going in with a full erection. Just had some minor problems getting fully erect yesterday, don’t know why though as that’s usually not a problem.
Will see this evening how it goes. I suspect I did the pumping to soon after finishing my length work and hence struggled to get 100% erect.

Going up to 3,5kg’s on my hanging today, will do my sessions right after writing this. Contemplating taking a lighter day tomorrow with just some hanging and extending. Will see what I end up doing.

Good to know brother, maybe I’ll do it this way on days where I don’t have enough time to do both.

For now I will do my best to get both done on most days as I really, really want to reach 9x6 come June next year.

Went perfectly well adding 0,5kg’s on my hanging. Did a measurement of my girth as well with Siliring on and measured 5,5inches of girth. So with a cock ring on I’m 8x5,5 inches.

Will get in at least 5h of extending a day again as I used to a couple of weeks ago so that I will have clocked in 1500 hours come June 15th. Will also get my pumping done today as well.
I just gotta keep on reminding myself that the more I get done a day the faster I will reach my goal of 9x6 inches.

Only done ball & lig stretches for two days in a row but I already notice my scrotum hanging lower and fuller. Good stuff so will keep on doing them.

My goal was to be as long and thick as that can of shaving cream and I’m already there in length and soon I will be a penis head longer than it and just as thick.

So keep on grinding brothers and you’ll have your dream size one day, as long as you do intense workouts and stay consistent.

That feeling is great, i myself have a deodorant can that's almost my size and i always keep it around as well as a bigger can, which measures at my goal size, its great for visualization and calibrating my perspective.
