Back again, with new routine.

Hi, been doing PE on and off the whole time I’ve been gone, though stayed consistent for the last month since the 20`th of June.

I have set up a routine now where I do 40-60 mins of manual stretches 1 round consists of 5 direction stretches straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and finished off with a dynamic straight out stretch. Holding each stretch for 30 secs as I prefer that instead of holding for a whole minute. So I do anywhere from 10-14 rounds of these stretches all depending on how much time I have available.

After that I do 3 mins of MityVac pumping up to a max of 15hg for a short while. Using the MityVac instead of the Bathmate now as I’m focusing on length exclusively atm and the MityVac tube I completely fill out in girth so the focus becomes on length. Always hitting 8 inches+ inside the MityVac tube so hoping to be 8 inches outside of it in a couple of months time.

I will be sticking to this routine for many months to come to see if I get my desired results from it which is to be 9 inches BPEL. Also contemplating buying a 2.25 mm diameter tube very soon so I have it ready for when I’ll put more focus on girth work.

Also contemplating buying the Bathmate HydroXtreme 8 as my 9 is a lil bit too big, yet the 7 is a bit too small so thinking the 8 will be a match made in heaven.

Why not the MityVac?
 
Just had my parents visit for a week so didn’t get any PE done then. Started back up again on Thursday with extending and the 5x5x3 pumping routine. Have decided to not do hanging anymore, I just can’t be bothered with it.

So extending during the day for as many hours as I can manage and then 5x5x3 at night/evening.

Did also measure when I jerked off on Thursday as my erection just looked and felt a bit bigger in my hand, measured and almost, just almost hit a new PR of almost excatly 20 cm. Been stuck at 19,5 cm for what seems like an eternity so it felt helluva good improving my measurement.
 
08.8.24- 5h11mins of extending and the 5x5x3.

Hit a new PR in the pump as well, pumping up to a max of 15hg where I on the third set managed to go a few mm’s above the 8 inch mark inside the pump. Very pleased with that.
Did 4x1 mins of SSJ’s before each set of pumping, and the whole 5x5x3 routine took me exactly 50 mins in total to get done.

Now I was supposed to do my routine yesterday as well but managed to oversleep waaay too much so didn’t get anything done that day. Back at it again today.

Finally zero problems getting an erection going for the SSJ’s and pumping. When I used to stretch a lot before doing the 5x5x3 I always had trouble getting erect.

11.08.24- 5h00mins of extending, 5 mins warm-up before my late night 5x5x3 session.

Total extending hours= 15h21mins

Contemplating adding a small manual stretching routine as well during the day when I do my extending.
 
12.08.24- 5h20mins of extending at approximately 2000 grams of force, will stay around that force for a few months before going up to max force of 2800 grams.

Also did my 5x5x3 late night, I warm up for 5 mins infront of my trusty IR lamp and have it on and infront of me during the whole session so I keep my unit warm, flexible and injury free since I go as high as 15hg.

I know going that high isn’t advised at all but it really works for me as my EQ and erections has been harder and more frequent since starting pumping on the regular again with that high of a pressure. I suspect my unit can handle it so well after years of pumping with my HydroXtreme 9 which can go as high as 16hg.

Total extender time= 20h41mins.
 
13.08.24- Overslept like a mofo again so no PE done this day. I’m on several meds which makes me sleep waaaay to long though will do better from now on and get my sleep loving ass outta bed in the morning.

I just hate it when I do this and miss a whole day of PE, I simply HAVE to get up in the morning from now on as I have 10 months in front of me with hours of daily PE to maximize my gains during the next 10 months.

I simply just need to get up out of my bed in the morning, take my Vyvanse 80mg(ADHD meds, lisdexamphetamine)and go for a long walk with my beloved dog which gives my Vyvanse time to get an effect as it’s a slow release capsule.
And I even have a mid-day dose of Attentin 20mg(pure dexamphetamine which lisdexamphetamine from Vyvanse turns into after it’s been metabolized in the digestive system).

What I’m trying to say is I got no excuses for not dragging my heavily medicated ass outta bed in the morning. I just need to get up and take my heavily dosed ADHD meds and get going. Yeah, I’m on higher doses than actually reccommended since I used to be a amphetamine junkie and got a very high tolerance for it.

ADHD, autism and social anxiety are my crosses to bear in this cold and unwelcoming world we live in. Glad I got this forum and brotherhood where I can talk about anything without being judged, hopefully.

17.08.24- 6h00mins of extending at around 2000 grams of force, late night 5 mins warm-up before doing the 5x5x3 while in front of my IR lamp, then wearing a siliring for 30 mins. All in all a good day of hours of PE.

Have forgotten to mention that when I pump up to a max of 15hg I pump up really slow so that I can feel every sensation in my penis as I pump up. Staying at 15hg for 2 mins max and it really seems to be working well for me, though I must say it’s not reccommended at all so if anyone tries to do the same show extreme precaution and pump up slowly at your own risk.

Just a suggestion. Try 2000g for 1 hour, and crank back down to 1500g for the remainder. Why? The body will force a tug back effect soon. Long hour trauma will push the body to react in a different fashion.
Thanks for the tip brother, I’m actually kinda doing this already as after my first hour or so my penis get’s so stretched out that the pulling force goes down to about 14-1500g as long as I keep it at the same setting, which I do.

Going for those hours with a nice and steady tug. Will try to go up to 2800 grams after a few months, just gotta work my way up to that.
 
18.08.24- 6h10mins of Extending, late night the 5x5x3 followed by 30mins of wearing a siliring.

Total Extending time= 45h11mins

On a side note, was weak yesterday and ended up jerking off and measuring about 2.5h after my pumping session, though I do not regret it that much since I measured a bit over 20cm BPEL so I guess I can finally say that I’ve got 8 inches BPEL. Never before have I gotten over half a cm gain in such a short time.
 
19.08.24- 4h12mins extending, did not pump as I had been carrying firewood for the coming winter for over 4 hours straight. Feels good having that ready for the long and cold winter that’s ahead.

Total Extender Time= 49h23mins
 
20.08.24- Took the day off, though this will be my last day off for a long time as long as I manage to stay focused and disciplined.

Must admit that I do struggle with depression, especially when I wake up in the mornings which makes getting out of bed a big chore. Just need to get my depressed as out of bed and take my ADHD meds as my depression symptoms get’s greatly alleviated when my ADHD medicine starts taking effect.
 
I hear you about depression brother. 4 hours on firewood duty is a great way to keep your mind and body busy. Don't let that lull in your day causes you to slow down and spiral out of rhythm. Keep yourself busy, and take advantage of the ADHD even if it's PE. Little actions in PE helps to mount up a large period of PE results.

And you’re absolutely correct, keeping myself busy really, really helps. So trying to keep my focus on PE, working out 4-5 times a week, reading my Bible, studying German, walking my dog and keeping my house nice and tidy.

And I truly want to reach my PE goal so will definitely take your advice regarding it and keep on keeping on. And thanks again brother, brothers like you is the reason why I love this place so much.

Smart. I have always used my metal issues to fuel my pe.
 
21.08.24= 4h51mins extending.

Didn’t do the 5x5x3 though I think I’ll get it done today or start back up again with it tomorrow as I plan on going full SRT mode from then on, adding in a hanging session before strapping on my extender.

Total Extender Time= 54h14mins
 
23.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg’s and 4h10mins of extending.

Did not do the 5x5x3 as I will use a couple of days to focus on hanging and extending only though will re-incorporate pumping on Monday.

Also I wear my extender for 1-2 hours before I do my hanging as a kind of warm-up for it and put my extender back on for some hours after hanging is done.

Will add half a kilo of weight every other week since I don’t have any lighter weight plates than that. When I hang I sit in a chair with my feet up on a stool, sitting in a position where my penis goes down inbetween my balls and my ass cheeks.

Total Hang Time= 1h20mins at 3 kg’s

Total Extending Time= 64h25mins

About two inches in length in total, it’s almost surreal to think that I used to be 6 inches BPEL years ago. Not too sure regarding girth as I haven’t been consistently measuring it.

Going to order myself a measuring tape and a new, rigid ruler soon. For now I’ll be going hard on my PE and measure in 2-3 months, unless I visually can see and feel that my penis has gotten larger, then I will measure earlier.
 
25.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg’s, then 5h05mins of extending.

I’m already starting to notice my flaccid getting bigger almost day by day, which should be a good sign of more future erect gains to come.

The fact that I have set myself a goal to be 9x6 inches come June next year is really motivating me to do all the PE I can everyday. And tonight I’ll also start pumping again as long as I’m not too exhausted as I live a very active lifestyle with daily workouts and long walks with my dog everyday. Getting in on average at least 15.000 steps a day.

Total Hang Time= 3h20mins at 3kg’s(really feeling the fatigue on my third 20mins set, which is a good sign).

Total Extender Time= 73h31mins at approximately 2000 grams of force.

Had to place myself into a similar mode to rekindle my passion for PE and growing bigger since I temporarily had given up on doing PE. But nothing will stop me now on my way to those magic 9x6 numbers.
 
26.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg, 5h06mins of extending and the 5x5x3 late night.

Finally did the complete SRT routine again, and I must say it felt damn good knowing I got the pumping done as well. Was really tired but just decided to get it done, half the job is just to start the routine and then it‘s easy to get it all done.

Staying mostly at 2000grams of traction though every now and then I take it up a notch and go up to 2800grams of traction and then go back down to approximately 2000grams again.

Total Hang Time= 4h20mins at 3kg‘s

Total Extender Time= 78h37mins
 
27.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg’s, 5h35mins of extending and late night 5x5x3 session finished with 30mins of wearing a cock ring.

Feeling like I’m already getting into the groove of things in regards to doing the SRT routine, have just made the final decision that I’ll finish my daily PE regimen no matter what.
And the feeling after getting all the PE done that I have decided to do is just awesome. Kinda addicting to be honest.

I finally remembered what my girth measurement was which is 5,2 inches so as of now I’m 8x5,2 inches BPEL. And I WILL reach 9x6 come June 15th next year, chosen that date since it’s my birthday which gives me a time frame of a lil bit over 10 months in total to reach my goal.

As long as I extend for at least 5 hours a day for 10 months it’ll be a minimum total of 1500 hours of extending which should be more than enough hours to gain at least an inch in length.

Total Hang Time- 5h20mins at 3kg’s

Total Extender Time- 84h12mins(getting closer and closer, day by day to my 1st 100th hour mark)
