ok huge-girth that's what I'm going to do today.Your penis has since adapted to this routine. I suggest you switch overr to doing downward bundled stretches for now.
I have never focused on this ever. Focus instead of the intensity in your stretches. Stretching the inner penis in every stretch is super important (= Reverse Kegels).ok huge-girth that's what I'm going to do today.

what do you think of my new routine
I started to practice 10 days ago and I liked it
afternoon: 2×30 min haning (1 hour in total)
wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)
wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)
wrap down
at night:
wrap up in the shower
* 25 min downward bunduled streach
wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)
Wrap down in the shower
Haning with legnthmaster
i wrap the penis all the day
every week I will add 0.5 kg
(1.1 lbs) for the haning
in fact I found the routine very simple and comfortable for meHanging is not what you should be doing. You will toughen your tunica which will make it harder to gain. You have not done enough length master stretches at all. Why jump frrom one routine to another?

what do you think in this routineTiming in a day. With hanging you need to do at least 4 sessions of hanging for 20 minutes. I never could stick to that protocol. I believe the lengthmaster is far superior to hanging

The lengthmaster is your safest bet as it will be even more intense than hanging, plus it’s so boring doing the hanging, and time consuming.
It's true hanging, although there is a hanger within the lengthmaster, nothing can come close to speed of growth with a lenghtmasterohh that's awful
it's disgusting to devote so much time to finally have 0 gains
