it's been 3 days i'm only doing the 5×5×3 girth routine because i'm having trouble attaching my lengthmaster due to the pain on my skin
I don't know if the pain comes from practicing the girth routine or not
I feel pain like a burn
i plan to take a total break and wait for my pain to go away
my penis is not yet getting used to
 
Make sure you have a good wrap before attaching the LM and you’re stretching before girth and not after.

It’s always best to do some kind of warm-up before attaching the length master to minimize discomfort.

and for warming up, I warm up all the time in a hot bath
I gave up training 6 months ago and there I have a little trouble answering I think I have to go slowly

Have you seen my videos regarding my wrapping method, and attachment/detachment for the lengthmaster? They may help you.

Make sure you have a good wrap before attaching the LM and you’re stretching before girth and not after.

Follow @orgasmic19 direction. You should do girthwork after your lengthmaster session. If you do it before, you will have temporary expansion of your penis when you are attaching it in the chamber of the lengthmaster.
This can cause blisters. You want a flaccid and non expanded penis, when you are attaching in the chamber. Girthwork creates temprary expansion, and that is not good when attaching in the lengthmaster.

Also warmup is super important to relieve discomfort and pain. You want your tissue pliable and soft.

You don't have any problem brother. What is happening to you is fatigue. Just make sure you do not take more than 3 to 4 off days. You should be fine.

I concur, I do a pretty intense manual stretching routine combined with the 5x5x3 routine and an Andro Penis Extender and really feel the fatigue when I go to bed at night.
Learn to love feeling that fatigue as long as it’s not any sharp pain of course, I just take the fatigue feeling of good things to come.

For me, I noticed that when I don't use mt length master for about 3 months, I get pains on my penis by the time I resume using it. This might be what is happening to you. Secondly, there is a posibility that the pains on the skin is as a result of the girth work.

Which ever way, you don't have any problem. Just go slow or take few days off but you might fall off if you take days off. Better you go slow like you said.

yes that's exactly what happened to me my brother, but in any case since yesterday I didn't do the girth routine the pain is almost gone today

Awesome brother. If you do Kegels before lengthwork you will fatigue your PC muscles and it will be easier to get into reverse Kegels.

Here is what you are working with:

When I have my penis elongation wrap on me, and I'm wearing pants, I get a better feel for my Kegels. It's like I have something to "push" against.

You can set a timer if you want. Then they will be done.

For me to focus on length first have been successful and effective. I don't believe I would have been as effective in gaining length, if I had focused on both at the same time.

But girthwork will not hinder your ability to gain length. Nothing is better then the other. If you have time do both. The expansion you get with girthwork will be beneficial for your length gains.
