average sex partners?

Just out of curiosity, and because I can't find this statistic online anywhere, does anyone know where I can find the average amount of sex partners per age? I ask because most girls I know have had 8 or more sex partners and they're at the age of 20. One might think that this is a lot. I know I do. Anyway, just a stream of consciousness thought. Any info would be interesting.

I would say 8 by age 20 is on the higher end, but certainly not uncommon. I searched for an answer to your question, but couldn't find a definitve answer. There are lots of different statistical surveys out there if you wanna read through all them. Here is one that might be able to answere your question.

Just go to yahoo and type in avearge sex partners by age or something like that. I forget exactly what you were looking for. There are a bunch of statistical surveys that come up. Some are even done by universities.
