What's up everyone. Starting a log here, as I hang, to keep myself on course. I've dabbled in PE for a few years now, but was never consistent enough to make any gains. I have a silistretcher and a bathmate x40. My plan is to do DLD's reverse pyramid hanging at least 4 days per week and use my bathmate every other day. I work in an industry that doesn't allow for wearing an ADS throughout the day so I may get a phallosan to wear throughout the night, unless the silistretcher can be worn all night.
