Progress thread Average Isn't Good Enough

What's up everyone. Starting a log here, as I hang, to keep myself on course. I've dabbled in PE for a few years now, but was never consistent enough to make any gains. I have a silistretcher and a bathmate x40. My plan is to do DLD's reverse pyramid hanging at least 4 days per week and use my bathmate every other day. I work in an industry that doesn't allow for wearing an ADS throughout the day so I may get a phallosan to wear throughout the night, unless the silistretcher can be worn all night.

I love that you’re using the SRT work out and I hope it’s going very well for you. Those pyramid workouts are nothing nice and they will deliver very quickly!

Do not waste your money on the PF get yourself the SS it’s half the price and it gives you everything the PF gives you plus more. You can also wear it through the night.

I like the idea of an every other day work out one day length next day girth. I think this helps you concentrate much more on what you’re doing and put a lot more focus into it which benefits you. As far as a girth work out you should go for the 5×5×3 nothing faster or more powerful at bringing girthgains
 
I wanted to comment on your thread name. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being average, as a matter of fact 90% of men are average. Of course we want more, and you have found the secrets to making that happen but don’t hold yourself back because your average, that’s just silly.

Thanks DLD! You're right, I've had a great sex life up to this point with my average size and there's nothing wrong with average. I just want to be that above average guy lol. I want girls to be impressed when I drop my pants!

I know that this forum is the place to make that happen, so thank you to everyone here who freely shares this life changing info. A lot of people would lock this kind of expertise behind a paywall.

So far so good. Used my silistretcher to hang 5 days last week, only got 2 bathmats sessions in though, gotta get those numbers up

As far as hanging, it's wild to me that some of the guys here use up to 20lbs. I've been starting slow and haven't went above 5lbs yet and that already feels intense. I feel like my dick would just rip off if I used 20lbs (xd)

You’re welcome my brother, I’m just here to make sure everybody is feeling good about themselves. I never want you to think that you are bad in any way. Nothing about you as bad and everything about you will improve because of the brotherhood. Be happy where you are and be motivated to improve yourself
 
I'm starting to question wearing anything through the night. I see that @DLD recommends staying elongated but on other forums they all agree that doing any kind PE at night is bad and setting yourself up for pain or injury. It makes sense to me as you get erection at night and being in an ADS while that happen would pull more pressure into your vac causing pain that increases as time goes on until it awakens you.

I think less is more and more is less should be the mindset in our PE journey's. What does everyone think?

wearing anything at night kind of sketches me out so I haven't done it yet. I'm definitely trying to ease into my routine. It's a marathon not a sprint.

I understand this thought process. Today is my first day starting my routine and I'm not going to be doing anything over night to start off. If I do end up doing something over night, I'll most likely just wrap or use my stealth innerwear to keep myself elongated instead of an ADS.
 
There are only four ways that I recommend people use if they’re going to stretch through the night. The first is ace wrap, this is very safe because if you get an erection at night the raffle simply unravel. The second thing is a sleeve, to be this makes the most sense. You can also use the VLC which is a very light stretching device and finally if you are a back sleeper you can use the SiliStretcher or Phallosan but I only recommend the use of these if you’re setting alarms through the night.

@DLD I'm trying to figure out this forum for myself. Is there a way for me to document my growth on here so I can keep track of progress every month or should I just keep the photos until my 6 months journey to show the monthly progress.

Thursday will be 1 week of me using my SS and my flacid length is slowly already increasing from wearing it as ads to then using the extender and before bed I weight hang for 30 minutes starting with 3lbs then climbing up to 7lbs on the last 10 minutes. My flacid length could be anywhere from 2.5" - 3.5" and now its a solid 3" on its way to 4".

I also stated before I was 6x6 erect guy but after getting a proper measuring tape. I'm actually smaller than I thought.

Current 01/28/2021 BPEL 6.00" x 5.5" NBPEL 5.75: x 5.5"
Goal BPEL 7.5" x 6 NBPEL 7.00"

you are not that far off measurement wise. Another half inch girth and you’re all set. So I suggest that you put together your routine, any photos or videos, or anything else you want to add to your progress thread. Then every day update it with how you’re doing. It’s probably the best way to get help here. I looked through all of the progress threads and answer everyone of them every day.

You will want to make a post in the routines in progress section which I will link below.
