I have been at it 18 months and gains have slowed down a bit. The first year gains were awesome. I think it is important that you guys consider the fact that you likely will make faster gains at first and then slow to a steady crawl. Of course some hard gainers are the exception.

Very true. In my past I slept with allot* of woman and I always heard that I was big. I knew I was above average when I compared myself to adult entertainment and such but I never really considered my penis as huge. I was very happy with my size and so were all of my partners. I saw bigger penis's out there like Holmes, Michaels, Siferedi, North, etc. but I just thought they were exceptions and rare. Make ejaculation a reward for a set time accomplished. Nothing wrong with ejaculating as long as you get your girth work in. Put on your favorite adult entertainment and do your favorite girth exercise for say 40 minutes, then allow yourself to ejaculate..

It's wierd with me, I cant resist becuz when I get horny my blood in my body flows really fast and my heart starts to beat like crazy. If I dont blow my wad I start to get dizzy like I'm gonna fall down. It doesnt go away untill I get an erection and ejaculate. Then the dizzy feeling and fast heart beats go away. I'm not sure if my blood pressure is screwed up or anything but usually I have to drink a big cup of ice water to return to normal.
