Congrats brother. There is a slight learning curve to put on, take off, and urinate in between. Take time to learn properly and don't rush. Key notes to mull over, watch the videos, and read up on the usages:
- Don't use fingernails to peel and pull. That will cause the tube to pinch and weaken, creating holes.
- Don't fold the sleeve. Silicone it may be, but it's still a kinkable material. When you fold, you create a crease, and creating crease will weaken the sleeve's wall.
- Do not allow the sleeve to be sucked up into the vacuum cup. It creates a loose vacuum movement, and it also creates a fold. What does that even mean? The fold causes a leak in the sleeve's wall like I mentioned above, and the loose vacuum movement causes friction between the glans skin and the acrylic vacuum cup. If it moves in and out of the cup enough time, you get a nice abrasion and result in irritation. The best thing to do is to use the wrap and create a bulk at the base of the glans, either TheraBand or some similar wrap, push the mouth of the vacuum cup as close to the bulk wrap as possible to create a connection seal, and then put on the sleeve. You create a perfect seal and a non-moving connection. Plenty of photos in the Media under product guides and under the SiliStretcher product help guides.
