Are permanent gains possible from Bathmate only sessions?

It's been a while since I've been around here but found myself starting to hang out with my bathmate at my desk during my working day now that I work from home.
I was wondering if anybody has achieved any notable gains from simply using a bathmate daily without the use of any other equipment or exercising?
When I was in my teens I'd happily sit jelqing for long sessions but these days I barely get time to go to the gym as much as I should, let alone jelq myself into oblivion so was wondering if what I'm doing has been used successfully by another member or if my "efforts" are futile.

Bathmate will get you a temporary girth expansion, but it only lasts a matter of hours.
 
You can try to stretch it over a bottle or the like to make bigger

Yep. Got it over a bottle and will allow it to stretch out for some time. The one I got was pretty hefty quality (but too small as mentioned) so it seems that it will at least hold up, but hope it stretches out as it wasn’t cheap.

Yes! I have written something about this.
I have already increased from 5 inches to 6 inches in length and increased from ~4 inches (don't know the exact value) to 5,5 inches.

How long did it take you to gain 1.5 inches in girth?
I started to use the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 at 2022.11.04 (YEAR.MONTH.DAY), but it was hard to get any gains with it, since it was to big. I got the Bathmate hydromax 5, at approximately: 2022.11.25. Then I continued to pump until now (2023.01.07). I also got the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 wide boy at ~ 2022.11.29. This helped me a lot.

My main problem is that my penis expands to much into the sides of the pump, and as of now it will probably take more time to increase my penis to 7" long, then it took to increase my penis to 6".

Approximately 2 months took it.
The key is dicipline and treat it as something you must do. As important as brushing your teeth, I gave them the same priority.
I believe in resting your penis on Saturday and Sunday.
 
I suggest you don't pump for 7 days. Measure your girth on the 7th day to confirm if what you have is permanent gains.

I'm only being realistic with you. You are claiming to have gained 1.5 inches in girth. I'm telling you what to do to find out if what you have is temporary or permanent. You cannot gain 1.5 inches in girth in 2 months.

Stop every form of PE for 7 days and measure your erect girth on the 7th day to see if you have made permanent gains.

This suggestion of mine cannot be termed as negativity. I have made both length and girth gains.

I'm completely honest here. I'm thinking about posting some pictures in the future of my progression, if you guys are interested in that.

My penis doesn't fit in a regular condom now. That's insane. Before I started with Bathmate pumps, it was no problem for me to fit in a regular condom.

But the suggestion to not pump for a week and then messure my penis is valid.
But I'm not going to do that, since I want to increase my penis size as fast as possible. I'm resting 2 days per week. It works for me. Maybe when I have gotten to 6,5" (or: 7") in length I will rest for a whole week, and then measure my penis. But 7" in length seems to be the sweetspot in order to fit your entire penis inside a women's pussy.

Any suggeations on a good penis extender that will take a 5" thick penis (erected it's 5,5")? The PHALLOSAN forte doesn't work, you need a penis of maximum 5,1" in circumference for it to work. They have a bell/suction cup, and your glands must fit inside it.

What about the Jes Extender?
I'm thinking of combining the Bathmate pumps with a stretcher/extender to maximize my penis gains.

Keep training for at least 6 months before looking out for permanent gains. When I measure too soon and don't see the desired result, it leads me to depression.

The length master gave me all the girth gains from right after the mid shaft to the base of my penis.

Combining length master routines with pumping is going to give you fast girth gains because the bundled length master exercises will deform the tunica right before your pumping session making it easier to get good expansion.

I'm just curious, where did you start, lengthwise? And how many years, have you performed PE?

I started at 6 inches. and went to 8.25 inches with the length master. It took me 1 Year and 6 months. You will see at least 1 inch of girth gains if you can train girth consistently for 12 months.

I've been on the forum since 2013. I didn't gain all those past years because I was always stopping my routine after one or two months.

Here is my advice, don't fall off your routine. Give it at least, 6 to 12 months. Training for 3 to 4 months and quiting is pointless.

Don't be deceived by those comments and things you see on social media. Women love big penis. Even at 8.25 I'm still going for 9 inches because there are women that loves it. I agree to the fact that, I'm bottoming out in many positions but it feels good when you bottom out a woman. She feels conquered and you feel accomplished.

This feels really motivating to me. I'm feeling a kind of relief. I have now a clear picure of what the "end result" can be, if I really work for it, and are consistent with PE.

When I ejaclate I feel pain in my penis if I clamp down in the lengthmaster, it can be many hours later, so I can't pull with maximum force then. Also my penis is really sore, so I would not be able to train with the intensity I'm training If I had sex all the time. That's me. Sometimes I think I'm to hard on myself, but I want to get a big penis "fast".
 
If you dont have a cock ring or dont use one after 5x5x3 routine can you still make gains?
You can wind a small strip (width: 1.38") of bandage hard on the extreme base of your penis, your penis will be keept expanded. After ~30 minutes it will start to hurt. But it will not be as tight as a cock ring.

But buy a cock ring it's recommended. You want to use proven methods, not just hope you will gain. Use proven methods and gain as fast as possible. That's my recommendation.

Sorry for all the questions, there's just so many inconsistencies in this.

This PE subject needs more research.
You want your tissue to be in an elongation/expanded state as much as possible, for it to change and become longer and girthier, it's a marathon not a sprint.
