Anyone elses glans not fully inflate unless about to climax?

Hi guys I have observed that when I get erect my dick gets hard but the glans isn't fully inflated unless I am just about to climax or very near.

I remember in my younger life my glans would get so hard and at the same time as the rest of my dock that it would pull my foreskin back for me basically by being too large for the foreskin.

Now my glans doesn't fully inflate unless I am near orgasm especially when laying on my back. sitting or facing downward with a girl under me is not as much of a problem.

Could this be the the corpus spongiosum is inflating slower than the cavernosas causing the some restriction to the head?

Anyone else have this issue and how did you overcome it?

I have this same issue.....
I think it is because my penis is not getting enough blood....... ( not ED though)
As long as I was jelqing, my penile health of great, never had the issue with glans. Now, I haven't jelqed for a year and i am seeing the things that you described......

If anyone has a solution, please tell??

Mine does not fully inflate unless I do a Kegel. Otherwise it’s not much bigger than that it is in flaccid state.

My brother you don't have a problem. It is like that for almost everyone except those who were born with a larger glans or those who did a certain routine to increase it. Focus on PE. The length master and ace bandage increased my glans though but I don't get to talk about it. As a matter of fact, I'm saying this for the first time.
