Anyone else not getting a response from MOS shop?

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and tracking shows that it hasn't even been dropped off to the post office! I've emailed multiple times with no response. I hope everything is ok...Does anyone know what's going on or can share a similar experience?

No worries. Please stand by for our brother @DLD and his crew. Winter weather, holiday gifting, and shipping madness in their region can get a bit tricky to navigate through.
