Why not switch to pumping with a Mityvac? I'm currently at 6 inches mid shaft now. I was 5.5 before as at January

Yea I have pumps but like wise,fluid,edema affects eq so much

Well, I found a way around this. I do a balance of kegel and reverse kegel. I do them equally. It helps me with erection.

Nowadays, I take only 2 puff of weed combined with my 25mg of Viagra, after 30 minutes I have very strong erection for girth work.
