Any had a varicocele surgery done?

Okay so its final, and im getting mine done next month.
Only ques i got is, if i am fertile due to the varicocele, would that be fixed after i've done my surgery?? Also, if you have a varicocele on the left side, could it spread to the right? I was just wondering..

I have little experience with this but I know the user SUPRA was getting this procedure done, you may want to send him a PM. I think he checks his PM's from time to time.
