I had left a message for customer support about some of my durosleeves that had ripped very shortly after purchasing and before they even responded to me they had shipped me a whole new set of them.

I've been purchasing from mos since 2016 I believe and this is the first time I've ever needed customer support and wow, what a great job they did.

Hey DLD, my account seems to be hacked or something. Someone is deleting my posts, I even seen they wrote a crazy message from my screen name on your page. I made this thread with my other account and in surprised its still up. I used 2 step verification as well so I'm not sure how they are doing it.

I couldn't disagree more regarding customer support

I ordered this silisleev5 with my lengthmaster and it was a nightmare experience (definitely didn't order right size)

Anyway, i was offered a free replacement sleeve, then i get invoice for $35, which im obviously not going to pay, so i dont get my sleeve

Then i get another offer for free sleeve if i write review about recent order

So i write review for lengthmaster, which i didn't mind since i'm liking the product so far

Then i get another invoice for $20, and its not even the right size sleeve in the invoice

So i don't get that one too

I was willing to give the sleeve another try
