Am I hanging too much?

Hello gentlemen,

My question here is pretty concise, Am I hanging too much? I'm fairly new to P.E I have been hanging for a few weeks now with 5 pounds. I use the lenghtmaster, now, I train 5 days a week with 2 days off. I work from home so on training days I hang 3 to 4 hours... I don't experience any pain or anything like that, I do feel that penile exhaustion that it is so talked about. sometimes 1.5 hours in sometimes 45 mins, it depends how my dick is feeling that day I guess. Something worth mentioning is that I get a tiny bit of blood coming out of my urethra maybe 1/8 of a drop. Since there is no pain I haven't really been alarmed by this. After all that I go and use the bathmate for girth 5x5x3. is this too much even though I'm not in any pain? obviously, want to maximize my growth but I don't want to do too much as it's counterproductive in terms of growth...would appreciate if experienced members would pitch in on this!
 
Hanged erect in the past for a month , 1 pound 9 sets per nite , if you do flaccid i read starter weight is 2.5p.
Im currently trying to get lenght and wirth at the same time i use a large silicone sleeve from base of the penis up to preputial skin , this fills my entire penis with blood , its like a static jelquing the sleeve compress and do the job for me while i fap , if i come back to hang i'll do erect again , you can lightweight hanging erect and gain at least i saw a slight gain in just 1 month but kinda bored me

How long are your sets? also yes I do normal flaccid hanging usually BTC as I sit on the couch on my computer and let it hang. I had trouble with tools before and gave up on P.E because since i'm uncut nothing would hold on, my penis would just turtle. until I got a hold of the leghtmaster.
 
No, you're fine, this isn't much at all and the blood is most probably a minor urethral tear because of pressure from the 5x5 or it could be that youre not wrapping properly and putting to much pressure on the shaft. Either way it will heal, its not a big deal. i would maybe lay off the the manuals and BM for a couple weeks and just keep hanging. Move up in weight by 5 lbs at a time, the reason why is because the body becomes very resilient to force (which is why people take deconditioning breaks) so you have to make sure that you overload your last weight with a significantly heavier weight, and adding 1-2 or even 3 lbs just isn't enough imo.

exactly , uncut guys like us have serious trouble with hanging , do you still have your frenulum

Yea man definitely, had some issues with that, had a small gash there for the first couple of weeks and had to lay off it, the way I mitigate it now is putting first aid antibiotic ointment and putting 2 cotton pads (used for facial cleaning) for padding then wrapping it and using the lenghtmaster. it has been healing great and not getting worse. even with hanging 3 -4 hours a day. you should try it.
 
A frenulum removal surgery can also help to not get thrombosis , i still believe circumcised guys do better in PE but i wont do it just thinking in removing my frenulum i already lost some sensitivity due to masturbation so its not big deal

The blood coming out of my urethra is from pumping with too much pressure. The problem with the bathmate is that, it doesn't have a gauge. Don't pump to the point of pain. You have to listen to your body at all times. Do not cause injury.

I got better expansion from yesterday's session. I added 1 minute to each pumping set making 6mins each 3 reps. I stayed on 5hg. The length master really gave me so much base girth. Right after mid shaft, I'm measuring 6 inches and as it goes to the base it increases to 6.25. It's surprising because I've never really done any serious girth routine throughout my PE Journey.

The saying is true "If you focus on length only, you will gain some girth along the way and if you focus on girth, you will gains some length along the way"
