All at Once or Throughout the Day

Manual stretching: 1 hour 1x/day (vs) 30 minutes 2x/day (vs) 20 minutes 3x/day

I can see the pros/cons to all these methods. For example you might be able to get longer temp gains with a 1 hour session as you are stretching non-stop and possibly having more fatigue. I can also see the benefit in doing 20 minutes 3x/day because this allows the penis to be elongated throughout the day.

What are your thoughts on this topic?
 
I honestly think it's a good way to go. For example if you only do 1 hour 1x/day you might miss a day because you can't find time. Alternatively, if you do small sessions throughout the day they can really start adding up. Maybe it would also be good to mix it up. Longer session on the weekend for example. Just looking for input and to see if there is any "matter of fact" information about this topic. If you find the members name that'd be great.
 
If you know the history of DLD and how he initially gains 4-inches....
...it's because he was obsessive about PE and trained at least twice-a-day if not several times a day for months on end.

I always trained both in the same day but I would spend the day on length and I would spend the evening on girth. As said I pretty much trained the entire day. Every moment I can take advantage of I did and I was able to get in roughly 6 to 8 hours of PE every day. And at the time when I was active I was creating many new exercises and routines so I was doing various work to get where I got.

Today it seems as though for some men it’s better to go for either length first or girth first and then when you’ve made your gains in that area you switch to the other side. This is a good idea for men who are satisfied with one or the other, girth or length.

I also train seven days a week with no days off for eight years straight. Some people need the break I never did or if I did I never took it. Anytime I will get fatigue I knew it was the perfect time to continue doing the length work. Everybody’s different and you have to figure out what’s best for you but for me it was always 110%

My penis is more loose and hanging low from afternoon to night time. I think it is best to do 3 sessions to be spread throughout the day. You want to take advantage of the loose penis muscles in the afternoon and at night.
