Age and performance

What do you guys think about the people that thinks older people is not as cool or sexually powerful as they might be,I hate that kind of people, i enjoy watching clips of older people that are into bodybuilding sports etc.

Is age just a number or is it that the mind beat us up too??

Age is only a number, I have been a 12 year old my whole life I think as we get older we become more peaceful, accepting, honest and relaxed.
