Advantage of Extender versus Vacuum Hanger

I used an extender some years ago and it wasn’t very discrete and the hole became too tight after using my bathmate. I prefer the vacuum hanger and am wondering is there a particular advantage to also use an extender? Such as, because it holds against the ligaments and focuses on shaft length more? Extender and traction device are the same. The only difference is the comfort levels, and a bit of glans expansion as a side benefit. For uncircumcised person like me, exposed glans can be quite uncomfortable on a traction device. The vacuum cup allows me to wear it longer, use more surface area for pulling/tugging, while covering my glans from rubbing that cause major discomforts.
