First step will be to not masturbate and watch adult entertainment. If you want to masturbate it should be due to your sexual drive, and it should not be stimulated by watching adult entertainment.
Second step do something else instead of watching adult entertainment. Put it out of your mind.
Think of your behavior like drug addiction. You need to replace your behavior with something else, in order for your behaviors to change. This is the key with behavioral change, you need to replace it with something else. If you think of trying to force it away it will be hard. Because if you think about something the more it creeps into your mind.
I did masturbate and ejaclate today, even when I didn't want to...my discipline was very low (due to tiredness after work and bad habits). Tomorrow I need to get back to stretching. My rationalization was that I needed to help the fluid retention go away (wearing pel.wrap outside). This was a bad what what decision.

Stop watching adult entertainment, and reduce masturbation. Often when we masturbate to much, it can be a sign to dampen anxiety. Do you masturbate when you are bored, and you start to watch adult entertainment in order to get a Dopamine boost/stimulation? This is probably the case.
