about the Bundling , when i bundle the penis using my hands how many rounds should i bundle it?i can bundle till three rounds
can i wear a stretch device for long time when the penis is bundled?or get injured?

Is that 3 full rotations, of 360 degrees? Or 3 half rotation of 180 degrees? This will decides on how much tensions you are placing on your penile tissues.
 
3 half i guess
after rotation it full as much i can tolerate then should i wear stretch device for hours?
i am afraid to get injured!

Then you're still good, my brother. I'm currently at 2 full rotations + 270 degrees in on the third. It's all about how long your penile shaft is, where you mount the plates or grab with your hands during the twisting, and how flexible your penile tissues are.

As for how far you should twist or bundle your penile tissues, if you're at 3 times half rotation, you can stop at 2 x half rotation (or a full rotation). Even if you're at a full 3 x half rotations, you're not going to injure yourself. You can even go to the point of "can't twist any more", hang or strap for an hour, and come back to do the same thing for the other direction, hanging or strap for another hour, and your body will accommodate you. You can ease back to a 2 x half rotation (or a full rotation) after the initial two hours.

Our suggestion is not to continue to do it all day long. The body will reject that idea due to continual overload stress.

Correct. Never wear with the penis bundled in one direction without going to the other direction. It will cause the penis to warp into one favored direction if you don't do the other direction as well.

If you can rotate 2 full rotations, great. If you can rotate 3 full rotation with discomfort, AWESOME! The more you can rotate to the point where you can't rotate any more, you're breaking down the internal hard lining tissues that are the tunica and septum, creating a very micro tears, weakening the bonding around the penile shaft (we called it lateral fatiguing), and when you pull (elongation tension), you don't need that much pulling strength to do the same work as pulling your penis with great pulling force. Less force with greater effectiveness is better.

A great analogy is a pulley system. If you pull a 50kg bucket full of water from a cliff side 100 meters below, you'll tire yourself out very quickly. If you use a double or triple pulley system, you can work more effectively with much less effort and stress. The stress is your penile tissues under the heavy pulling when it's straight. The effort is your pulling force where it doesn't take much to pull to get the same effectiveness as when you go all out. Pulling too hard causes bloody blisters.

so should i do the rotation with stretch device then nir then dmso+paba then sleeve during sleeping 8 hours
or

This one. Don't apply DMSO + PABA before workout. It's meant to be used as a healing post routine application, not before.

Suggestion to prevent the compound degradation due to UV spectrum interaction.

  • NIR+ first after exercises. This pushes the cells to be charged to get the ATP-ADP processes going for active cell divisions.
  • Clean very careful of all excess residues from the penis using warm water and gentle soap, or whatever you have for body cleansing.
  • Apply DMSO + PABA according to your needs in ratio. Not sure what your specific ratio yet.
  • Allow the penis to enjoy freedom for at least 40 minutes as the DMSO dries up, carrying the PABA directly under your skin. Do not allow any clothing or cover to touch while it's drying.
  • Do a wipe down of leftover residues.
  • Use the sleeve and wrap method for you to have stay elongated.
Log your results to keep track of your processes so you can tweak the processes as needed.
