ab belts?do they actually do anythin noticable?

this christmas i have been bought a Slendertone Gymbody Abs Belt by a reletive. beats the usual cheap and nasty pink shirt an tie,or the usual socks an other rubbish i guess lol

i figure il use it for the 40 mins a day that the box reccomends while im on the internet,as i have nothing to lose by trying it,but just wondered if anyone knows if they work and if so,what they can help u achieve?

Fuck no, that thing wont work work. If this is that belt where your supost to plug it into an electrical source and wear it around your waist then you better return it. They even did a news report on tv that showed why this thing did not work and testimonials from a bunch of pissed off people. One guy tried countless times to call the company for customer service and all he got was a busy signal every time.
