A stretching while hanging

I’m new to hanging and using a vacuum hanger. I usually hang for about 1hr 20mins. The. I slap on an ADS for 4 hours before sticking on a silli sleeve and getting on with my day. At night I pump air or water depending on how I feel for 30 to 40mins. Slap on a cock ring for a few hours and before bed I stuck on a snug sleeve. Anyone have any advice if this is a good routine?

Lately I’ve done A stretches by using a sturdy tube rather than my wrist. I do this while hanging with a lighter weight. I usually do this for about 15 mins. Is this a good idea?
 
@DLD id love your feedback on this, also wondered if you could suggest a routine for me? I tried to order the lengthmaster but it appears to be out of stock. Any idea when you guys will be stocked up? By the way I start my hanging at 5lbs and work up to 8lbs
 
Hanging is tough. A few people I've coached on my paid coaching service who did hanging for many months, made slow gains from my coaching. Hanging hardens the tunica making it harder to gain length when you try to stretch with other devices.

I've not seen many people who made huge gains from hanging. I've personally gained 2.25 inches in length from using the length master.

I'm yet to see anyone on this forum that has made such gains from hanging. It took me 18 months to make those gains.
