Which of the two scenarios do you think it is?

Length only routines shouldn't affect your EQ correct? I've been having pretty awful erection quality the past few days. Im planning on taking a week break from PE starting tomorrow to see if my EQ returns. I'm hypothesizing the recent awful EQ is because I deformed and enlarged my tunica so much my CCs can not press against the tunica to trap blood, which normally happens in an erection. I have been doing loads of bundles and rolls lately so it kind of makes sense. I can get partial erections 65%~, enough to penetrate but not 100%.

I do often get morning wood around 1/3 days which sometimes is at 100%.

The other thing I fear it might be is a mild venous leak... a whiles ago (a year) i injured myself while pumping and jelqing which caused considerate pain along the base of my shaft. I developed a thrombosed vein from this being the right dorsal. Its unthrombosed now but I fear I messed up the valves that trap blood in the vein. Been thinking about doing a doppler test to confirm if I have on or not, but I dont even know how I'd bring that up to my mom as I'm on her insurance.
 
I agree it’s more the first. Erection quality should never be affected by length work so I’m kind of confused with that. Usually this happens when you over do girth work. My advice just take a few days off to reset and come back at this with a different perspective and a new approach. Over the next week you can plan on what you would like to change and implement into your new routine. We’re here to help you.
 
Ok I was planning on this being the last day of stretching before my brake but I just got a pretty insane fbpsl, measured at 8 inches. My penis felt so stretchy today I dont know why. This new routine is working I'm so happy to be gaining again!

Should I not take the break and ride this, what do you guys think?

How long does it usually take for erect length to catch up to flaccid stretched?
 
I say you ride this fatigue, dont stop and rest now as the penis will start to recover quickly, and when you go at the crease again, it will need more intensity to get back. From my own experience, doesnt mean all is lost, but while fatigue is here, keep riding it.

It was my understanding, perhaps already old information, that length only PE DOES indeed decrease EQ according to the TGC theory.

Based on that principle, and everybody correct me if im wrong, it would be perfectly normal to see decreased EQ that recovers of course by stopping PE and/or starting girth workout.

If you are in a relationship this could be an issue. If you are single, I wouldn't worry about because the benefit is a bigger dick. All it means is that your dick is growing. I would happily sacrifice EQ for some time just to grow my length. You can always recover after catching up with girth.
 
I would second the standard jelqing and I’d also suggest adding in some edging. Always helps my EQ. 10-20 minutes once or twice a day without ejaculation should do the trick.
Or like jack said, if you’re not in a relationship I wouldn’t worry about it.

Brother, I hope you have gotten this issue sorted out? I've had a thrombosed vein before when I did jelq exercise. That exercise is very dangerous honestly.
