Progress thread A little gain after two weeks.. So happt

For a while I struggled with ED and PE which made my sex life less and less. I have never been satisfied with my penis length either. I decided to do something about it and thanks to this forum and brotherhood I have become even more motivated. On February 2 I started with a basic measurement: NBPLE: 4.3 NBFL 3.5 Then I started with the following workout: week 1 : workout warmup
10 ' basic stretch :
2 sets
straight ahead 30``
straight on right 30 "
straight left 30 "
down 30 "
up 30 "
25 cranks = TOTAL: 5 minutes stretch + cranks
basic jelqing (10 ')
warm down
3 workouts 4 rest days

WEEK 2
4 workouts 3 restdays
Basic stretching 6 minutes + 2x25cranks
basic jelqing 11 minutes
WEEK 3 (where i am now)
4 workouts 3 restdays
Basic stretching 7 minutes
Basic Yelqing 13 '

FIRST MEASUREMENT after 2 weeks (Because after two weeks I'm a bit curious)
: NBPEL: 4.7 inch
BPEL : 5.1 inch
NBPFL: 3.9 inch
F girth: 3.9
I gained 0.4 inches !! I could not believe my eyes. Is this really possible after two weeks? it is a boost for motivation ..
Short term goal : BPEL :5,2" FGirth 4,3
Long term goal. BPEL : 6,7'' F girth 5,2

Well done, if measuring make sure you do bone pressed just so it's more accurate and consistant as you go along.

so very important! Initial measurements need to be made perfectly from the exact place every time. You should always be stretching against the bone so your position never changes. Whatever method you are using of measuring make sure you get the best initial measurements And use that exact system of measurement every time forward. if you do not get solid first measurements you’ll never know if you have gained or not.
 
DLD, just have one question about the bundled stretches in the newbie routine : looking for a video I found 'bundled erect stretches' but it seems a more advanced exercise? Is it the same but with a flacid penis? and those 5 minutes : is the stretch a 5 minutes lasting period?
Do, these are my typical newbie 'dummy' questions.. ?

Yea I do exactly same but not erect and do them just before I hang

Not at all this is a good question because we have never really filmed bundled stretching yet. But it’s a very easy exercise. Make sure you’re 100% flaccid twist your penis one or two times whatever is more comfortable, and then stretch out from there. We will filmthis next shoot.

In my 4th week of PE, I noticed it's sometimes more difficult to get a full erection.. (maybe my penis strikes.. ?? Is this normal in the beginning or do I something wrong? Anyone familiar with this? I also can see better the small veins..

Probably just need to take a break.

This is simply fatigue and completely and absolutely expected especially when you’re just starting out. You can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles through doing Kegel work but even then you’re going to experience fatigue to some degree. The nice thing about fatigue is there is no better time to stretch your penis as your pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back the stretch. There is a great PC workout in the newbie routine, check it out.

True but there’s no better thing than to peek into the future and see what you have coming
