A lack of support

I'm a UK resident who recently purchased a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], which isn't working properly. I've tried contacting the company, who then told me to email another address and I haven't heard anything from them for the past seven days.

Does anyone know of a phone number or working email address I can contact them on? Thanks in advance.
 
I contacted the factory manager, met with the Directors and raised all of your concerns regarding the Comfort ring coming off. We have now come up with a very simple solution to help you all out that have this problem regarding the Comfort ring as follows:

1. Kindly photograph your unit showing the problem.
2. e-mail it directly to [email protected] (The managing Director)
3. He will then examine the photos and send you a new unit free of charge.
4. In some cases he might ask you to send them back to more detailed examination.
5. We (UPL) will send the replacement from our US stock so you dont have to wait for a UK shipment.
6. Please CC me at [email protected] as well gentlemen.

does someone have a telephone number for these people, I'm still not hearing anything from these people, its getting ridiculous.
 
i think the only thing is to go directly to the seller, they are quick to get money, slow on reclamation usual customer treatment when the product is in high demand, and there is little or no competition.

What is wrong with your unit?
 
What has happend to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and ALL of there employees? No one is answering any mail/PM. I sent my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Ultramax[/words] a month ago for examination and hopefully a replacemant. I have a tracking number so I can see that it arrived in the middle of February.

Haven't heard anything from anyone. Not even Grahn witch I have spoken to on the phone about my problem with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].

DLD or someone else: Do you know what is up?

He should answer soon. I sent him an email last night so I would expect him to reply today.
 
Hi guys,

I know that Joe was on a holiday last week, so that explains the lack of communications from him. Regarding UPL customer care, we are having big problems first of all with our ticket system and secondly with many of our English support staff being ill; I have been replying to tickets myself but for one person to go through it all is a daunting task. I am hoping all will return to normal on Monday gentlemen and please accept my apologies for this horrific customer service during the past week.

what's the email address? I still can't get a response from these people.
 
Hydromax Xtreme 9 vs X40 Xtreme? What's the difference, if any, between these models? Basically, the only visible difference is the measurement decal as far as I can tell. Even the accessories look the same.

They keep making new models but keep the old. Just grab the best size at the best price
