A Freckle on My Sack?

Well I do have freckles on my arms and hands, but are you supposed to get them on your nut sack, because that is what looks like is there.

Could this be something else to worry about? ?

lol, but seriously, think of what a freckle is and how it comes about. Too much sun and you can get them, or you can get them from birth. Now if this turns into a mole, then u might wanna see a doctor. Everyone gets freckles, some people's skin is more suseptable than others to getting them.
