A big comeback to PE world

Hello guys
After a long break I'm back looking to reach my (not so big) goals..

Measurements:
BPEL: 15.6 CM
Girth: 13.5cm
nBPEL : 11.2 CM

My main and important goal is to reach length at least 18cm
And girth at least 14.5cm

What program (without devices) do you recommend me to start with?

Follow the girth program for girth. But you need a pump for that. The MityVac pumping system from MOS SHOP is recommended.

When it comes to length work, the most powerful device out there is the LENGTHMASTER 3. I have gained over 2 inches BPEL with that device.

Okey I saw now. You said without devices. I recommend the 🔗 Broomstick routine. With your hands and a cheaply made smooth 🔗 Broomstick (link to a picture) you can get 2.4 cm (~ 0.94 inches) relatively fast, if you are dedicated. Have you gained anything in the past?

Start by doing the, 🔗 Beginners routine for length. But for girthwork I highly recommend you to get a pump (MityVac pumping system), it's pretty mandatory for girthgains.
Even if you can get permanent girth increases only with Slow Squash Jelq's or V Jelqs, it will be a to slow process, if you don't have unlimited free time to do this.

Can you just give me more details about the broomstick program?
How much time should i hold the stretch, i what directions, how much time per week, should i do it alone or like addition to beginner program?

I will create a broomstick program with atrached video instructions soon... hard to explain just in text.
 
Yes I saw the video and read the post but there are still not instructions about time, sets etc...
I guess i will use the sets and reps from the beginner program in broomstick
40 minutes, to 1 hour per day (preferably 1 hour/day).
Split with two sessions per day. If you have time you can do 3 sessions per day, but that's not necessary for gains.

The only reason to inoperate sets when stretching with your hands, is if your hands get tired. But you will get stronger as you progress. The more simple your program are, the easier it will be to gain.

The same structure is valid for stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3.
