Great man thanks for covering my question I follow these in todays session and it went really good!!Have you tired hardcore stretches?I start the timer once I am in and pump my first pump. I try to increase intensity as I become accustomed to the initial pump. Not sure if it was you or someone else asking about how many times to pump and the question wasn’t being answered. I do one long pump to start ( you will have to feel out where your initial threshold is ) then everytime I feel that I’m becoming accustomed to that level of pump I will pump a little more By the last set I am experiencing a lot of suction from the BM and usually feel it pressing on my pelvis pretty good.

Incredible exercise!i did some stretching lastnight while in the Bathmate and it was intense! If the pump pressure is maxed out I can feel a very good pull from the base of my penis. I will start doing this every set while in the pump, along with 2 second kegels holds so a 15 minute routine of stretching and kegels. And this should solve my lack of time issue for now
